 Booking Process

   - Online Booking : Customers can book services through the company website or mobile app. Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

   - Phone Booking : Customers can also book services by calling the customer service line @ 214-431-4799.

   - Advance Booking : All bookings should be made at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

   - Booking Confirmation : A confirmation message will be sent within 24 hours of the booking request. The booking is considered confirmed only after receiving this message.

 

Payment Policies

   - Deposit Requirement : A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the booking is canceled within the cancellation period.

   - Full Payment : Full payment is due upon completion of the service. The full payment must be made before

  Leaving the Location this applies to all services except Commercial Cleaning!

- Payments Forms Accepted :

  • Apple Pay

  • Online payment\Credit or Debit card

  • Zelle email: Peachmaidcs@gmail.com.

  • Cash-app: $Peachmaid - Customers who prefer to make full payment via cash app will be charges an additional $10 fee. Deposit only $5

- Commercial Payment : Once invoice is sent payment must be processed within 24 hours Or Made through Zelle IMMEDIATELY, a $50 deposit is required no exceptions!

 - Late Payment Fees : A late payment fee of 25% will be applied for any payments not received within 2 hours of the service this includes all services except commercial Cleanings!

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  Cancellation Policy

     - Cancellations made 48 hours meaning 2days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.

     - Cancellations made after 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

  Rescheduling Policy

     - Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours meaning 2days before the scheduled service without any additional charges.

     - Rescheduling 24hours before the appointment may incur a fee of $40

   - No-Show Policy : If the customer is not present or doesn't provide access at the service location within 1hour of the scheduled time, the service will be considered a no-show, and the full deposit will be forfeited.

 

Service Modifications

   - Service Changes : Any changes to the service (e.g., adding rooms, additional services) must be communicated at least 48 hours meaning 2days before the appointment. Additional charges will apply for add on services.

  

Customer Responsibilities

   - Access to Property : Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not possible, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

   - Pet Policy : Customers must secure pets during the cleaning service. We're not responsible for pets that are not properly secured.

   - Valuables : Customers are advised to store valuables safely. We're not liable for any loss or damage to valuables left out during cleaning.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

   - Quality Assurance : If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they must report the issue within 24 hours meaning 1 day we will arrange a re-clean or address the issue promptly at no additional cost.
